Digital Photography Introduction - This introductory course covers several areas of photography and DSLR camera understanding. We will cover ISO, Aperture, Shutter Speed, Composition and Focus, as well as basic metering. Class is 3 sessions with homework! Please bring DSLR camera & manual to class, along with a notebook for notes. Cost is $80 paid online

(We will focus on Canon DSLR's and we ALWAYS recommend Canon purchases. If you already have a Nikon, all of the information can be adapted to fit your camera.)

Digital Photography II - This course picks-up where intro leaves off. Once the students have a better understanding of DSLR functionality, we can proceed with Better Photographs and Portraits. Instruction will include rule-of-thirds, leading lines, depth, framing, depth-of-field, and other techniques for improved performance. The class will spend time looking at and critiquing each others work which will help produce the best quality results from each student. JUST ADDED -- MORE POSING INSTRUCTION! Photography Lighting - This course works with the students understanding of ambient and artificial lighting techniques as well as a combination. The objective of this class is for the student to feel more confident in using speed-lights, reflectors, and modifiers to produce desired results. JUST ADDED -- MORE POSING INSTRUCTION! Photographic Design - This course adds to previous courses by introducing the student to the use of Photoshop and the techniques involved in making a good photo...better. Many tips and procedures will be shared that will assist the student in professional quality printing and use of their photography. Class is 3 sessions with homework!  (pre-requisite Photography Lighting) Cost is $80 paid online
